My first Hoya
24/01/2024 -- This is the Hoya that began the obsession. I got this as a small cutting from my mum in 2022. After seeing the beautiful blooms on her plant, I wanted to try growing it myself.
This is a Hoya carnosa with delicate white to pink flowers. It grows well in Melbourne, both indoors and out. I haven't bloomed it yet, there have been some buds, but they blast before blooming. I hear carnosa take a while to bloom properly, so hopefully, we'll get there soon.
